Do you provide the fragance bottle?

Please note that Amanda does not supply the perfume itself. You can either send the perfume bottle to her personally or have it shipped directly from the store through an online order.

Can I order if I’m outisde the US?

This service is currently available only in the contiguous United States (48 states and the District of Columbia).

What is offered with my in-studio engraved purchase?

• Maximum 5 words.

• Suitable for any glass or metal surface.

• Perfume bottles with a coated finish can be engraved but not filled with color.

• Available finishes: silver, gold, black, or unfilled.

What size is best for this service?

Recommended bottle size is 1.5oz or larger to ensure enough space for lettering.

What is the order process?

1. After you place your order, Amanda will email you with the mailing address and detailed instructions on how to ship the bottle.

2. She will send a mockup of the engraving design for your approval.

3. Once approved, she will engrave the bottle and ship it back to the address provided at the time of purchase.

When can I expect my order back?

• The typical turnaround time from ordering to delivery is approximately 3 weeks.

• Delays may occur if there is a delay in sending the perfume bottle.

• To ensure timely delivery, please ship the bottle within 3 days of purchasing the service.

• Perfume must be shipped via ground shipping due to USPS regulations, which may extend the shipping time.

Is there a pick-up & delivery option?

Local pickup & delivery is available for customers in Suffolk County, Long Island, NY. Please leave a message at checkout if you prefer local pickup or delivery.

Can I pick any illustration I want?

Illustrations are limited to floral and plant botanicals and is up to the artist’s discretion.

Amanda is not responsible for any damages incurred once the perfume package is handed over to the shipping carrier. All packages will be sent through USPS with tracking provided.
